Blog address needs to be changed

I had no idea it was going to be this long. When I picked it it was written out as doclove.blog and that was it. Now it says that it is doclove dot log.wordpress.com that is way too long! How do I change this so it’s shorter?

doclove.blog was suggested as a custom domain for your site. In order to register a custom domain, however, you first need to purchase a WordPress.com plan.
As you didn’t purchase a plan, a free site address was automatically created for your site based on the custom domain that was originally suggested.
You have two options here:
1. You can upgrade to a paid plan and then register a custom domain, such as doclove.blog. Visitors to doclovedotblog.wordpress.com would then be redirected to doclove.blog and would never see the underlying site address.
2. If you’d like to remain under our free plan, you can change the free site address to something shorter. To do this, first open the following URL:
https://doclovedotblog.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs
From the above URL, hover over your site address and choose the option to “Change Blog Address”. You can follow the screen prompts from there.
