Blog address not available

  Hello,
  I’m trying to start a blog with the following address: jackfollo.wordpress.com
  but this address is not available; I think this is due to the fact that a few years ago I had already used the same address and then I closed the blog.
  the settings page of my account it says that my web address is the same.
  I can re-use the same address?

  The authors have deleted this site.

  Registering any .wordpress.com deleted blog URL is not possible. Blog URL deletion is permanent and irreversible and ignoring multple warnings is required to delete any blog URL http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made. http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  You can register another .wordpress.com blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

  Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.
