  what does it mean when a blog address is reserved?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  When we register a username account the matching blog is reserved for our future use. It cannot be obtained by anyone other than the person who has registered the matching username account. If and only if you have that username account then the blog is reserved for you and you will be able to log in appropriately and register it. However, if you changed your username then the blog URL will not be available for use under the new username account.
