Blog admins unable to access Premium theme forums
-
Hi there
I recently purchased a Premium theme for my blog but not all the admins are able to access the Premium theme forums.
I have a friend of mine, a designer, helping me with the CSS and layout of this blog, she has admin capabilities but is unable to ask questions in the forum, which means she has to send the questions to me and then I have to publish them. Is there anyway for her to have access to the Premium forums? If she’s admin on a blog with a Premium theme then I don’t see why she should be restricted?
I asked this question directly in the forum but was advised to ask here as the theme authors can´t provide an answer (See here: http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/topic/image-width-issues?replies=2#post-37950 )
Any help with this would be much appreciated, as it´s quite frustrating for all involved to have to be directing all her questions through me…
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I don’t support the notion of having multiple Admins with the ability to customize the blog and even delete it. If I hire someone then I will give them access only for as long as it takes for the work to be done and then change the password. That’s because if any Admin has a falling out with the blog’s actual owner or with wage a war each other or a mutiny then any one of them can delete that whole damn blog and your upgrade funds are wasted. And, don’t think that doesn’t happen because it surely does.
On the upside by having the designer work through you, you are learning how to customize and manage your blog so over the long term you can become independent. I’ll tag this thread for a Staff response. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

Thanks for your input, timethief, but as the blog is still in the design stages I don´t see any other way for her to work on the blog for me without her having admin capabilities?
I know enough about blogging to be able to take care of the blog once it´s done, but it´s a waste of both my and her time to constantly have questions going through me on the forums… it´s slowing the whole design process down because we both have other things to do and I can´t always be dropping what I´m working on to rush off to the forum and ask a question.

It’s currently only possible for the user that purchased the upgrade to start threads in the premium theme forum. If you want I can move the upgrade to the other user (magagirao), though this means you won’t be able to post in those forums again.
However, I do like your idea of allowing other blog administrators to post in the premium theme forums too. We’ve registered your suggestion and will keep it in mind for future features and updates.
Thank you!
