Blog adress

  Hello, I recently made my blog vivalabeautyweb.wordpress.com and I would much rather have the adress vivalabeauty.wordpress.com. The site having that adress haven’t posted anything or been active since 2010. I’m therefore wondering if there’s some way I could get that adress instead seeing as they will probably never use their site. I understand if you can’t do anything, but I’m still wondering.

  Have a look here : https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  If the address you wish to use isn’t taken you should be able to change your blog’s domain to it.
  Hope this solves your problem.

  https://vivalabeauty.wordpress.com/ although devoid of content, hasn’t actually been deleted by the creator. There is no time limit on WordPress.com sites. I have a couple of empty/test sites myself that I may or may not use in the future. I’d be annoyed if those addresses were taken from me without asking. You could try and leave a comment on the site in question asking if the owner would be prepared to transfer the address to you. They might see it (if they still are using the same email address they used to set up the site).
