Blog aint opening with Chrome

  Hi.

  I have a blog: kamayann.wordpress.com with just a few posts. These three days I’ve been facing a problem which is I can’t open any of my blog pages, neither can I open my wp-admin. The browser says ‘page is unavailable’.
  I tried to clear cache, cookies, etc. But it didn’t help.

  The thing is I’m using Google Chrome and the problem occurs only with ’em. Other browsers open blog pages perfectly. I like Chrome pretty much as it is fast, and would like to figure out this issue.

  I would be grateful if you help me with this.

  Hi there. Your blog loads fine in Chrome for me, so the problem must be with Chrome specifically on your computer. Do you have any add-ons installed? Try disabling them and see if that resolves the problem. Also make sure that your Chrome is updated to the latest version. http://browsehappy.com/

  As a last resort you can try resetting Chrome. This will remove all your add-ons and bookmarks, so make sure you have that information backed up. To reset Chrome, click on Settings and expand the advanced settings. The reset option is at the very bottom of the page.

  Thank you, Kokkieh. I will try all you suggested. By the way, wordpress.com Forum didn’t open today too. Probably the same thing with my browser.

  That’s really strange, seeing as you already cleared cache and cookies. You can also try resetting your modem/router, and if possible, see what happens if you use a different connection, in case the problem lies there.

  Hi, Kokkieh.

  Just kind a report: I made a reset for my modem, that didn’t do any help too. So I downloaded Maxthon Cloud Browser. It opens my blog more often than Chrome does, but still sometimes shows the same error.
  I asked the same question on few more forums, but people had no idea about the reason too, so I’ll probably try to talk to my I-connection provider :)

  Contacting your internet provider sounds like a good idea, especially as you appear to have the problem on more than one browser. It could be that they’re blocking WordPress.com IP addresses for some reason – this happens fairly often.
