blog and admin panel down

  After changing some code in the functions file I cannot access my blog (thriftywholesome.com) nor the admin panel anymore, I do not know how to work a FTP client, so could this mistake please be remedied?

  please not the URL is not the thriftywholesome.wordpress.com but thriftywholseome.com!!!!
