Blog and admin slowness

  Hello,

  I just had a 3rd party developer implement a wordpress script that displays my blog on my own site (http://www.uplanders.com/blog). Problem is it loads sooooooo slow, and often does not full load at all. Everything else on my site works great, page loads aren’t an issue, yet the blog takes forever. Does anyone have any recommendations on things to look at to speed up the performance?
