Blog and desktop

  Could anyone tell me how I can put an icon or shortcut on my desktop so that I can find and access my blog without having to find it with my browser. Alternatively, is there a way I can pin it to my browser bar and access it from there. It is a real nuisance having to go through my bookmarks to get to my blog and start working.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  we’d probably be able to figure that out for you if you tell us which browser are you using.

  … Google Chrome allows to put some of the bookmarks right in the browser bar, I am not sure about Firefox. Internet Explorer used to save bookmarks as .url files which allowed to open url right from the desktop.
