Blog and shop on front page

I need to get my shop and recent blog posts on front page and I’ve seen the tutorial of creating a page named blog and adding that and showing it under static but right now it’s empty, how do I link old blog posts to that? right now I just see my shop if I select static page under settings and select shop and blog.

For help with an individual WordPress installation you’re running with another host, you’ll want to use the correct forums:
https://wordpress.org/support/forums/Generally speaking though, if you want a blog AND a shop on the same page:
– Make sure you’ve published some blog posts
– Consider using a Latest Posts block.
