Blog and subscription has dissapeared

I changed our account email from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to (email visible only to moderators and staff), i cancelled our billing as our charity is ending next year so the subscription ends November 2022.
I have gone to log in today and it says that my email has no registered sites or subscriptions.
Could you please help as our blog site is our main communication tool and I have no access to it at all.

What is the address of the site in question? There indeed are no sites or subscriptions under the account you’re reaching out from. Are you sure your site is hosted with WordPress.com?
