blog and website names!

  If you have a blog name and someone has another blog with another service provider and domains have also been taken would it effect you rating of your blog.

  What i mean is would it make you blog harder to find and harder to get traffic, as people mite write the name in google and get one of the other blogs or website with the same one?

  Just wondering, thats all.
