blog and website……….gone …..help!!!

My blog and site were not correctly linked so, I tried to change the settings for the site and blog and lost both. Can you reset my blog and website to before I made these changes as now WordPress does not recognize my sign on or password or website and blog. My previous url was http://www.sweetlightllcphoto.com/website. Thank you
