blog appear on google

    when i search for my blog “pillowchats” on google, it has some verbage on what the blog is about. I want to change it. Does anyone know how I can change it? Thanks.

    Google does what google does. There really isn’t any way to change what they pull out to describe your blog. The MIGHT, MIGHT, use a meta description you write, but there is absolutely no guarantee. Besides, we can’t add meta descriptions here.

    I’ve set up about 50 self-hosted wordpress blogs, and of those 50, google only took the meta description on two of them. The remaining 48, they pulled what they wanted out of the blog and ignored the meta description.
