Blog appearance

Hi there WordPress! I’m having trouble with my blog appearance. I want to get one of those layouts that has a grid of pictures, each one is a particular blog post and when you click on the picture the whole blog post is revealed. However, every time I try and activate a theme like that I just get the whole blog post revealed, one after one. Can you help?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
The themes you’ve tried might have a special page template set on the front page that displays a grid child pages or portfolio projects rather than posts. However, you wouldn’t see such a grid on the front page when you activate such a theme if your front page is set to display posts, and for various other reasons.
Try one or more of the following themes. Themes with a grid-based or tiled format on the posts page, where each image in the grid or in the tile rows link to a corresponding individual post, include:
- Autofocus (mosaic tiles)
- Cubic (tiles)
- Fontfolio (tiles)
- Hatch (grid)
- Mixfolio (grid)
- Pictorico (tiles)
- Spun (circles)
- Imbalance 2 (mosaic tiles) — retired
Limited posts in grid-based or tiled format
- Canard (up to five featured content posts displayed in mosaic tiles)
Uneven grid or tiles, with excerpts
