I can see that all content you created is in Pages.
You have five pages – Home, Blog-It’s Cancer, Being Bald and Looking Normal, Learning to Live and About.

To make changes you want, you will first need to understand a difference between Blog post and Pages.
Here is support document that will help you with that: https://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/

I would suggest to reserve Pages to general information, like your About page. Blog posts should be the ones where you will put content from Blog-It’s Cancer, Being Bald and Looking Normal, Learning to Live.

To find out how to create a post here is detailed instruction:
    https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/

When it comes to recent posts, they will appear when you place the widget in a sidebar: https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/recent-posts-widget/

You will need to put some time aside for this, but I’m sure you can do it!

When you start playing with posts and pages, you will have a lot of fun.
If you run into any issue, you can post it here.

    Good luck!

I am going to work on this in a few hours. If I have problems can I message you. I’ve been trying to do this for a long time and have. Even unsuccessful.

Ok. I have reviewed your advise. I want my first and initial page to remain an intro page. I want the other pages to be blog pages or the blog page.

Also can I make it so my recent post show last. I want it to read like a story from beginning to the present. The start of my journey to the present.

    Can we make this happen?

I hope you have better understanding between Pages and Posts now. Let’s go step by step to make changes you want.

The first thing we need to do is to set your home page as “Static page”.
This way your intro page will stay as it is now.
Here is the link how to do it: https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/

When you start following the instructions, don’t get confused with another “Home” page you need to create. You can name it as you want, for example: “Welcome” or “Home 2”.

After you complete instructions above, you will have the new blank page you just created, set as Static. You will need to Copy/Paste content from current Home to that page.

At this moment, you will have two same pages as intro page.
    To delete one of them:
    – Go to Pages section, find Home (make sure you are viewing the old one) and delete it.

On the same link I posted above, you will find instructions how to create a Blog page. This is the page where your new Blog posts will be after you publish them.
It’s up to you if you wish to keep current pages “It’s Cancer” and “Learning to Live”. You can copy/paste them as new Blog posts also.

In the end, to be able to view “Recent post” here is the link how to do it:
    https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/recent-posts-widget/

    Good luck!

Ok. I’ll try all of this today. I’ll get back to you with the end result. I think I’m going to need a lot of luck

I have been successful at making my first page a static page. However I have no idea if I successfully created my blog page. How do I know if I have done it correctly?

    Great news queenycc!

    I hope it wasn’t that hard :)

So, try to create a test blog post (from the Posts section) with some random content. See how it appears on your site. Later on, you can delete it or just edit with fresh content.

Make sure to add your new page (e.g. Blog) to your Primary menu.
Here is how to do it: https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
