  Hi there!
  I have changed my nickname and username to stepsinthyme, the name of my new blog domain.
  But i still get the old name makintracks come up from time to time.
  A friend just posted a post to her facebook page and it says post published my makintracks.
  Can you help me delete this?

  We cannot help you delete something from someone else’s Facebook page.

  Clear your facebook cache and at least your personal posts will show your new username http://umairj.com/146/how-to-clear-facebook-shares-cache/

  Okay thank you, I have done that. Can you tell me how to change the shared image? I am getting a default image, but would like the option to change it?
