I wish I could put a picture of exactly what I want. If you visit: http://kielmaru07.wordpress.com you’ll see what I’m talking about. I want to put a banner up with tabs and sidebars…how do i do that??? I don’t see it in options!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We need a link to your blog.
Not all themes have top navigation tabs, and not all have customizable headers. The navigation tabs at the top are pages that they have created.

oh yeah of course: http://www.clicheanime.wordpress.com
In addition, if you know how to get a “blogger” brand blog to do the same, i’d love to know.Anyways, thanks :) visit my soon-to-be-.com site too – http://www.wix.com/bulltrue/anime

We don’t do blogger, so we can’t help you with that.
The theme you are using has the custom header option and how to do it is explained here: http://support.wordpress.com/themes/custom-header-image/ .
The tabs at the top go to static pages that you create, such as “about.” This explains the differences between pages and posts: http://support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/ . With the theme you are using, there is a trick that can be used to put links to other sites and such in the navigation tags as outlined here: http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2009/03/26/page-tabs-as-external-links/ .
Images and such can be put into the sidebar with the text widget. See http://support.wordpress.com/widgets/text-widget/ and http://support.wordpress.com/links/text-widget-links/ .
There is a limit to the types of codes that you can use here in widgets, posts and pages: http://support.wordpress.com/code/ .

oh i see, thank you, but I guess lastly, could you discern the template that http://kielmaru07.wordpress.com used? I guess i’ll hafta ask them myself :P

On almost all themes used here, with the exception of one or two, the theme name will be in the footer at the bottom of the blog. In this case they are using MistyLook.
