Blog Becoming Successful

  Hi,

  My blog recently became somewhat successful to my surprise and I’m unsure what to do next. I traditionally had around 50-150 views a day, but when I blogged about some topics of greater world interest I skyrocketed to 5k – 10k a day.

  Can this become successful? I’m on a basic setup with WordPress, but own my URL… can I generate revenue from advertisements?

  I’d greatly appreciate any advice as I’m new to this. In closing, this has only been happening for a week so it will probably begin to drop down, but if I can stay somewhat fly I’d like to take steps forward.
