Blog button on menu not pointing to blog posts.

    I created my first post and published by using the My Site, Publish, Blog Posts, Add.
    The post is visible in ‘recent postings’ BUT from the home screen using the Blog button takes the visitor to a page with no posts. It seems I am posting in the right place but the button for viewers is not actually pointing at my post. I am VERY new to this I am sure there is a simple solution but have no idea so any help greatly appreciated.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    From the looks of it it appears that you need to assign your posts to the blog page. WordPress has a guide here
