Blog by Email question/problem

  In the Codex under “Blog by Email” (http://codex.wordpress.org/Blog_by_Email), the first step reads:

  Set up Writing by Email in Options > Writing in the WordPress Administration Panels.

  This option does not appear in my Options > Writing panel. How can I enable this? Many thanks!

  I believe that’s for the self hosted versions of WordPress, not the ones hosted at WP.com. I know we’re discussed it a few times here in the forums.
