Blog categories page not found, 404 code

  Hi,
  I am new to WordPress and have been posting blog posts for the past new months. I recently created blog categories for my posts. My categories are coming up as page not found 404 error.
  I have tried changing the permalink settings but that did not work. Can anyone help?

  Permalink structure cannot be changed on sites hosted by wordpress.COM. More to the point is the fact that https://craftlovecraftlife.wordpress.com/ is an empty site that you are nor referring to.

  craftlovecraftlife.com is hosted by SiteGround, not by wordpress.COM.

  That site is not on our wordpress.COM servers we cannot help you with it.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   This is wordpress.COM support. We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
  (1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
  (2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.
