blog comes up not found

  when I click on shelli1051 it comes up not found and when I try to copy the destanation site I get this error massage Error:

  •Couldn’t connect to shelli1051.wordpress.com . Please verify you have entered the correct URL, username, and password, and that it is a WordPress based blog. You must also enable XML-RPC Remote Publishing on this blog.
  What am I doing wrong?
