Blog Comment and Reply Issue in MyStile Theme with WooCommerce

I am unable to get the comments and the reply to a comment to function on the blog page of my site. I get the following notice when I attempt to reply to a comment and I am the Admin.
“Sorry Comments are Closed for this Item”I have comments allowed on all posts/pages in the MyStiles theme settings.
In WordPress Settings:Discussion; I have the settings to allow comments and user must enter name and email, user must be registered and logged in, Comments must be manually approved, Comment author must have a previously approved comment
Can anyone assist me with this issue? Thank you very much for your time.

We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and not for WordPress.org software installs. That’s NOT a free hosted WordPress.COM blog and we do not provide support for it here. You are posting to the wrong support forum. WordPress.com and
WordPress.org are completely separate, have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
