    Could you please help me to find out how I can enable the comments on my blog please.

    Hi There,

    For enabling the comments on all your posts:-

    Go to My Site -> Settings -> Discussion -> Default article settings
    Toggle on the option to “Allow people to post comments on new articles.”

    Now, click on posts or pages in your dashboard on which you want to enable comments. At the right bottom, you will find the Discussion tab, there select “Allow comments” to enable comments.
