Blog completely DOWN

Hi Guys
My readers had been complaining about my blog being down today, so I headed over and got a wordpress > installation page which said…
“Welcome to the famous five minute WordPress installation process! You may want to browse the ReadMe documentation at your leisure. Otherwise, just fill in the information below and you’ll be on your way to using the most extendable and powerful personal publishing platform in the world.”
I can’t get in through the back door login area either. I am not an IT or HTML whizz at all…and as you can tell, anyone who says WHIZZ is clearly not a whizz. I need help, I have offered to pay people to fix this problem, but they can’t figure it out either.
I am hosted with webcity.com.au and CAN log in to that cPanel but have no idea what to do next. If ANYBODY can help, it would be so appreciated…have you come across this before? I have read other forums about this and it tells me to install things etc. and then log in but again – I HAVE NO IDEA what any of that means :(

The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted on WordPress.COM so you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using.
This site is for support of sites hosted on WordPress.COM. You should address your questions to WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using: http://wordpress.org/support/
The forum at WordPress.ORG is not connected to WordPress.COM so you will need to open an account at .ORG if you do not already have one. You may use the same email at WordPress.ORG as you do at WordPress.COM.
