blog connexion issue

  Hello,
  When i created my blog (https://lariviereautourdumonde.wordpress.com/) 4 years ago, i registered the mail address i had at that time for the access/connexion.
  Then i didn’t visit my blog during one year.
  Now the mail adress registered for the connexion is deleted by the administrator (because of phishing) and today i want to connect again to my blog in order to print it but i can’t access to it.
  Can somebody help me, please ?
  How is it possible to change the mail address, or how can i have an access to it again??
  I just want to print it..!

  I was unable to fill out the account recovery form .
  So i contacted the address : passwordhelp@wordpress.com
  Please let me know about the way i can access again to my blog and print it.
