  I have been writing a blog on a daily basis without any issues but for the past few days a previous blog posting gets inserted into the beginning of any new blog i write.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It sounds like you need to clear your browser cache.

  Make sure you are running an up to date browser version found at http://browsehappy.com and make sure you have third party cookies enabled. https://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/#how-do-i-enable-third-party-cookies

  Try using another browser.

  If you are not successful please provide this specific info:
  (a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.
  (b) Exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://supportdetails.com/
