Blog content dissappeared…

  Dear WordPress,

  I have been working for weeks s at a new blog!
  After changing the URL there seemed to be a copy of my blog.

  I wanted to be sure not to delete the original blog I worked so hard on it so I changed the name of the copy…

  When I wanted to re-open the original blog, all content was gone!!! – Totally empty.
  The blog is still there but all the content is gone…..

  Can you please help to restore my blog?

  *The URL of my blog is http://whatsthenews.wordpress.com

  *The URL of my blog was originally http://asidegsnewsblog.wordpress,com

  *After I deleted the copy, the former URL adress named above came back on my blog… Weird.

  *This was the URL of the deleted blog: http://thehappyreporter.wordpress.com

  When I changed the URL of the copy blog in the old blog URLcame back with an empty blog!

  I am looking forward to your reply! Do you think that it is possible to recover my posts or is there a chance that they’re gone forever?

  My apologises if I caused some confusion… But my current URL address is http://asidegsnewsblog.wordpress.com –

  Please note, thats not my blog! I aclready deleted that URL address.

  The original URL address if my blog is as follows:

  The authors have deleted this blog.

  The authors have deleted this blog.

  To delete a blog takes bypassing 3 warnings that blog deletion is irreversible and clicking a confirmation link in an email for good reason ie. deleted blog URLs are not recycled.

  You can register another blog with a similar name. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

  Or you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.

  Thanks for your reply!

  I already started another WordPress site with a similar URL.

  http://asidegsreizen.wordpress.com/ is just another blog of mine.
