Blog content retrieval

    Hello WordPress,
    My current blog site was intended for friends, family and colleagues, therefore the circulation has been limited. It has been suggested that I convert the site to a public one. To do this I would have to edit the content to remove private or irrelevant content.
    Is there a way to download all the content as a single file? I will edit and re-post under a different blog site.
