Blog Contributor Issues

    Hello,

    I am a contributor to edit and write blogs on someone else’s site. I had access to all the blogs I was editing and access to upload photos to their media library and also to upload new images. Yesterday I was unable to edit photos OR upload new ones in a blog I had already edited. When I went to change the featured image for the blog, it said: ‘To edit the featured image, you need permission to upload media.’

    Then, today I tried to edit the blog and it wouldn’t even let me access the blog saying: ‘You need permission to edit this blog.’ I contacted the person who owns the site and blog and who gave me permission, and he has assured me nothing has been changed on his end.

    I think the best course of action is to delete my account associated with my email address, and be re-invited as a contributor. If I delete my account and have him send me a new link, should that fix the problem, or will my email address still not be able to be used on a new account? Is there another way to deal with this?
