Blog Creator Does Not Have Admin Account

  My coworkers and I run a blog for our library. We all use the same login info and password. My supervisor, who created the blog in the first place, also uses the same login information but we have Editor access. Therefore, we cannot activate a new theme or customize appearance. The Appearance option does not even appear on our left option bar.

  Any suggestions? We’ve sent an account recovery form, because that was the only thing I could think to do.
