Blog Deactivated

Went to sign in to our blog and there was a message at the top saying it was deactivated due to not complying with WordPress’s terms. I have tried contacting WordPress via the email link 2 times now without any repsonse to this issue or how to resolve it. Has anyone ever received this message and how did you figure out what was not complying with the Terms of WordPress??
Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated as am I am not sure what the probelm with our blog would be.

I’m sorry but this is not a matter for posting to a public forum. We Volunteers answering support questions have no role to play in this process. This is between you and Staff. As you have already contacted Staff by using the “click here to contact us” link in the notice, the ToS department definitely received your request. Please be patient as they’ll be getting back to you as soon as they can.
