Blog Deactivated

Dear sir / madam,
This is to express my plea to reactivate my blog. When I opened my worldpress account this day, I saw this statement:
“This blog has been deactivated because we believe it does not comply with the WordPress.com Terms of Service or advertising policy.
If your blog is designed to promote affiliate links, get rich quick programs, banner ads, consists solely or mostly of duplicate or automatically generated material, or is part of a search engine marketing campaign, WordPress.com is not the place for you. Please use the Export feature to move your content to a more appropriate hosting service.
Occasionally we make mistakes. If you believe we have misclassified your blog, please click here to contact us as soon as possible so we can fix the problem.”
Then I clicked on the Terms and Services and noticed this paragraph highlighted:
“the Content is not spam, is not machine- or randomly-generated, and does not contain unethical or unwanted commercial content designed to drive traffic to third party sites or boost the search engine rankings of third party sites, or to further unlawful acts (such as phishing) or mislead recipients as to the source of the material (such as spoofing);”
Though I don’t know what is exactly happening, I assumed that my account has been deactivated because I unconsciously committed such violation. Perhaps, it has something to do with linking my worldpress account to scoop.it. But I am not aware that it is prohibited because there is actually an option there at Scoop.it to share links with certain accounts such as worldpress, tumblr, facebook, linked-in and twitter; and I have seen few people doing this. My point is, if it is illegal to do so, Scoop.it would definitely not identify Worldpress specifically.
I would just like to explain that I am an environment and animal welfare advocate; and social networking helps a lot in spreading awareness to people. This is also to clarify that I am not doing this for commercial purposes. I never did spams or advertise products to earn from it. This is solely for my advocacy.
If you could explain this to me, I would be deeply grateful and from now on avoid committing violations. I am humbly asking for your help. Helping me put up this blog again is like helping a good advocacy.
