blog deactivation (and reactivation)

I’m a university instructor using WordPress in a teaching context; students in my Writing for Electronic Media class are maintaining WordPress blogs as part of their coursework. One student (motivationanddetermination.wordpress.com) had his blog deactivated for violating the the terms of service. We were not told what terms were violated, and are eager to have his blog restored since it’s a central component in his class portfolio. Do you have any suggestions about how we should proceed?

Your student should have contact information in the notice of suspension. He or she should use that to reach the Terms of Service folks.
These are public forums, and violations of TOS are private matters (which we volunteers have no authority to assist with). I’ll close this thread.
