blog defaulting to an admin site with different email address

The blog address (#2) shown is gobbling up another blog address (#3) that I set up with a different email address. I had transferred a blog address that I could not delete (#1) by creating a new blog address (#3) and now it is defaulting to blog site #2. I can access the #3 blog address but cannot make any administrative changes without it going to #2. (I did not elect this site (#2) as the administrative site and I have the email confirming that #1 went to #3, not #2.) If I access it on my iPad, it lets me go to the dashboard but using my Explorer and Chrome browser it defaults to the blog address shown. Confusing, yes. Is this a Vista issue? If I delete all of these blogs and start over will I lose my blog names? Does anyone know how to get someone from WordPress to respond?
I asked a question about deleting the blog site and I got an unrelated answer about deleting a post. Help. It’s making me crazy.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Do NOT delete the blogs. No URLs are recycled here and deleting a blog is forever! I have flagged this thread for Staff attention.

IMHO you ought to provide all the URLs and all your details to Staff in a support ticket. Here’s the link http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ After you use the searchbox, under the search results, at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form.

Okay. I will try that when I regain my sanity. :) Thanks.

This sounds like a local caching issue to me. As a first troubleshooting step, I would recommend clearing local browser cache and then trying again: http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clear-your-cache
