  To delete a blog see > http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
  and http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  Note that deleted blog URLs here are not recycled and no exceptions are made. That’s why 3 warnings are given and why a verification link in an email that must be clicked is sent in order to accomplish deletion.
