Go to your email program and change the password to a very difficult one because that’s how many hackers gain access
Then read this please knowing that blogs don’t get hacked when security protocols are followed. > http://en.support.wordpress.com/security/
1. If you can log-in go here > Users > All Users and delete any user that does not belong there.
2. Disable post by email > http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-by-email/
3. Disable post by voice > http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-by-voice/
4. Change your blog password to a very difficult one > http://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/#change-your-password
5. Use a secure, encrypted connection to connect to your Dashboard. Under Users → Personal Settings, check the box that says “Always use HTTPS when visiting administration pages, and click Save Changes.

Thank you very much. I am able to do all that because I can log in but I still would like to recover what was deleted or at least to be able to use again the URL. ¿Do you know how can I do so?

http://elmanotas.wordpress.com/ was deleted by elmanotas on February 21 and confirmed via the email address on the account on the same day.
I’m sorry, but deleted blogs cannot be restored or reused. Deleting a blog is permanent and the name cannot be used again. There are several warnings about this on the Tools -> Delete Site page and in the help pages, and you are required to confirm the deletion by email.
You can start a new blog by logging in to WordPress.com and then going to http://en.wordpress.com/signup/
With any blog, you can also use your custom domain with Domain Mapping upgrade. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/
