Blog Deleted

  I have a blog that was registered as laurenpaulineworkshop.wordpress.com. Today I changed the address to portraitslp.wordpress. After I changed my blog address the blog is no longer showing up and it says that this blog has been deleted by the author. Does it take some time to register the new name or has this blog been deleted? Thank you.
