Blog deleted by hacker, is it possible to recover it?

My friend’s blog was deleted just yesterday, the person hacked her emails accounts and wordpress account and deleted her blog through there. Is there any way to recover it? I checked in the FAQ they said that blogs deleted by authors aren’t recoverable…

most likely it cant be recovered, but maybe wordpress has special ways of dealing with cases like this. So, I’d contact support…it can’t hurt.

I’ve already contacted the support. She said that my blog could not be retrieved because there are clear warnings about this during the delete process. She also said that she checked to see if she could retrieve it but she couldn’t.
I really do hope to get my blog back. I have started my blog for more than a year and it’s really precious to me. I’ve poured my heart and soul into that blog. However, there’s nothing I could do now but to start a new one.
To other bloggers out there, please take care of your blog and change the password regularly.
Don’t end up like me =.

You may find some of your posts cached in Google or other search engines. That may help you reconstruct some of your blog. -

its better when u export ur blog (once a month, or other period), so u can restore it easy in a case of emergency. I export my blog once a month…. (Tools Export/Import)

Um, viewer, there would be no need for your to leave a link to your blog in your comments if you followed the instructions in the sticky, 8 Things, at the top of the forums and linked your blog to your user name.
