Blog Deleted – Upgrade lost?

  I have deleted my previous blog for technical reasons. With the new blog I don’t seem to be able to edit CSS. Is my upgrade lost?

  If that is so, shouldn’t this be included in the warnings?

  As I understand it, upgrades apply to blogs, not accounts. Next time it’s probably best if you arrange something with staff in advance rather than deleting it, although it looks like they’re willing to do you a favour this time. The warnings are pretty clear.
