I have costume design and i already placed my renewal but my design changed? it is not the original.
also how can I make the wordpress go away?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

To renew a custom design upgrade you log in under the same username account that registered the blog and navigate to My Upgrades.
http://INSERT_NAME_OF_SITE_HERE/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades
That is also where you purchase upgrades like a domain mapping upgrade. https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/

I checked your site http://alejandraescalantephotography.wordpress.com/, and your custom design features are active. I noticed you had a background image set in your CSS, but the link is broken. Is that the difference you are having trouble with?
As for removing the .wordpress part of you URL, you can do that with a custom domain. Here’s more info on that.

yes that is what im talking about. Bit how did that happen? thsi is teh third time i renew and it didnt happen before.

The background image problem isn’t directly connected to the Custom Domain renewal. The problem is the image has been moved or deleted. Do you still have the image you were using in your media library?
