  the design I see in Appearance > Customize doesn’t match the design I see when browsing your WordPress blog.
  my theme is Fruitshake

  Well, the Customize is just a preview of what you can do with the paid Custom Design upgrade. If you don’t have it, your options are limited to what you can change under Theme Options on your dashboard Appearance page.

  they have opened a sticky thread about this issue, and a staff said the problem have been solved, but my blog still has problem, the text of the widgets in the sidebar is very pale, especially the titles.

  The css fix did not work. Are they still actively working it this weekend, or will it be Monday? Not pressuring, just wondering what to expect, and when.

  The “customize” view is showing me the same thing I am seeing on your site.

  If it is still showing you something different, can you please make a screenshot of what you see on each? Here are some screenshot instructions if you are not familiar with the process:

  I find http://snag.gy/ to be very useful for sharing screenshots. You can also upload them to your site’s media library and I will be able to view them there.
