Blog Design Not Changing on Website

  I changed the background color on my blog, and I hid the header text. When I am in the preview customization mode it shows the changes, however on the actual website it does not show the changes. The background is still red and the header text is still there, which I do NOT want. Please help me with this. This is for the Expound theme.
