Blog Design with Two Subject Columns
-
As illustrated below, I’d like to design a blog (or 2 blogs which appear together/linked on the first page) where there are 2 columns of subjects. On the first page, one only sees a list of 2 columns, such as below. When one clicks on a subject, such as Precept1 or Opinion1, one sees a new page with the primary blog entry (about 250-500 words) for that subject, along with comments and counter-comments readers have posted underneath the primary blog entry. Whenever a specific subject has been updated, either by the primary author (blog owner) or due to a comment posted by a reader, the date on the first page for that subject is automatically updated. Is this possible in WordPress? I’ve opened an account at Bluehost.com to host my WordPress blog. Bluehost.com also supports blogs by b2evolution, Nucleus and pMachine Free. My first preference is to use WordPress if my need can be met by WordPress. Please advise. Thanks. Craig ((email visible only to moderators and staff))

You need to be asking at WordPress.org; we’re running different software here and can’t help you.
Also, you need to stop double posting.
