  We don’t see “a blog listing as shown below”. Also you can’t use plugins on the free wordpress.com plan and we can only help with sites running on the wordpress.com platform.

  Hi there,

  Can you give a link to the site where you took that screenshot? Something like this is typically controlled by the theme, and we might be able to tell you what theme they’re using by looking at the source code in the browser.

  I can tell you we have no theme on WordPress.com that displays posts like that, so this would be, from our perspective, a third party theme, and you’d need our Business Plan to install a theme like that to your site.
