blog difficulties

  In my homepage, I have 3 categories showing a preview of my 3 blog posts. All 3 have an option to. ‘continue reading’ when clicked it takes me to my blog posts. However, when I click ‘blog’ in my menu bar at the top of the page, it does not take me to these. how do I link my blog posts with my blog option on my menu.
