Blog disappeared

I created a blog under ‘woodlandl.wordpress.com.’ I spent all yesterday changing the theme in About Learning Technology. Last thing yesterday I changed the theme to twenty eleven and entered loads of content. Today the blog just shows the empty theme text.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
Theme customizations don’t carry over from theme to theme. Any customization you did while using a different theme would be overwritten by the theme change.
It looks like you’ve deleted your WordPress.com site woodlandl.wordpress.com, but please let me know if I can help further!

Hi, Thanks! I actually managed to access my ‘lost’ material by looking at previous versions somehow and copied it into a new wordpress site, so I haven’t lost anything. I will try to remember that if I change theme that I will lose my postings as well!

I’m sorry, I think I misunderstood. You should not lose any of your Posts or Pages or other types of content when you change your theme.
I just dug into this a little deeper. And it looks like you were able to delete one of your duplicate sites without deleting the second one. The duplication was what would cause your content to ‘disappear’. It was essentially hidden in the other version of your site
If you would like, I can restore your previous site with a different name so you can differentiate and you can transfer any other content that you lost.

My blog has disappeared. I upgraded this afternoon. I bought the domain dixiedelights.com … I was trying to map my domain and make it the primary. Under ‘my upgrades’ it says DNS needs to be updated. HOW do I do this??? I’m beyond frustrated with this.

My wordpress is still working, but my actual site where you read my blogs is gone. Please help!!!
