Blog disappeared

  My blog disappeared when I changed my front page to static, instead of recent posts. I want my Portfolio to be my home page, and my blog to be the second page on my menu. But now my Portfolio page is what appears under my blog page as well. My blog has seemed to disappear. Any advice?
