  all of my pages and complete blog has disappeared. please help me get it back

  It seems that your site (http://beachbodyhottie.net/) was not hosted on WordPress.COM. Your site was hosted on Siteground with a software install of WordPress.ORG which means that it is not applicable to this forum.

  It would be better suited for you to ask this question at https://WordPress.org/support/ for a more accurate answer. If you don’t have a WordPress.ORG account you’ll need to create one. Your WordPress.COM account won’t work there.
